With 7-years’ experience of working with children, including those with special needs, I possess excellent skills in teacher-child interaction. My approach to learning is personalized instruction that is based on the unique needs and interests of each learner. Developing and implementing lessons and work schemes, using the Early Years Foundation Stage as a framework
Providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children, that facilitates learning
Develop learning programs for individual needs.
Monitor and support the social and emotional needs of students.
Organizing extracurricular activities, school events and field trips.
Liaising with parents, care-givers and professionals such as speech therapists and health visitors for learners with special needs
