I am passionate, detail oriented, self-motivated, intelligent and a person of integrity among other great qualities. I am a recent graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration and Management (Finance Option) with 2 years of work experience. I am currently seeking to expand my experience resume as I grow my business career. I endeavour to utilize my administrative, finance and accounting skills to best improve and achieve my employer's organization goals, mission and vision.

JUN 2021- PRESENT
Department of Trade, Tourism and Cooperatives -Laikipia County Government
Performed voluntary industrial attachment assigned under accounts office. During this period, I perform the following duties 
• Invoicing and validation of payment vouchers via IFMIS system
• Writing and recording cheques
• Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements for county funds
• Preparing cashbooks and bank reconciliations,  imprest and advances ledgers management, maintenance of proper books of accounts for funds and department, liaising with procurement department to verify and process payment of local service/ product orders (LSO/LPO) for creditors.

JAN 2020- MAR20 and SEPT 2020-OCT 2020
Head of Treasury and Accounting -Laikipia County Government
 Did industrial attachment at Laikipia County Government department of Finance and Economic planning under Head of Treasury and Accounting (HOTA) performed accounting and finance duties (such as invoicing, writing and recording cheques, preparing of the cashbooks and bank reconciliations and printing and creating payment vouchers) and office tasks such as (typing, printing, photocopying and stamping official documents receiving incoming documents).In my second term of my attachment period I also worked for seven weeks at the department of Agriculture ,Livestock and fisheries in the accounts office performing the above mentioned finance and accounting duties.
