1. Messenger - WhatsApp Chatbot

My employer needed an efficient way to collect voice notes for a survey on Pfizer and Moderna as well as use openAI to create a natural conversation. 

Arguably, the majority of users are already plugged in on existing social media platforms (Facebook, Whatsapp) therefore I designed a solution using the facebook graph API to create a bot using Laravel livewire  and a filament Backend. 

The solution took advantage of webhooks to communicate between the bot server and Meta. 

1. Mortgage Calculation Application

The client needed an automated way of calculating mortgage rates.

Researched, designed and built a Laravel App with InertiaJs and Filament as well as Tailwind CSS that helps users to compute their total mortgage payment. To that end, the app takes in the asking price and down-payment percentage then using canadian mortgage laws it computes downpayment value. The App further calculates mortgage payment factoring in the amortization period, payment frequency and interest rates. We further collaborated using git on bitbucket and jira.

Designed a CRM for the local office thus helped redefine process flow and stamp effectiveness in data storage. With this data I was able to automate customer notifications whenever there were downtimes (via mail & SMS), as well as assist the sales team  streamline retrieval and approvals.

In charge of installing, configuring and maintaining servers. I configured appropriate monitoring alerts metrics. In effect, I monitored, analyzed, and suggested approaches to improve network performance. Thus,  an integral member in ensuring early detection of faults (Within 15).
