I'm a self-driven hard working individual who is always goal oriented. I have over 12 years of experience in customer service from the hospitality and contact center industries. I'm very versatile and can adapt to any work environment very easily. I'm always eager to learn and make use of every opportunity that comes my way to do so. I always push for excellence from myself and those I work with and always ensure I deliver results. As a leader, I always focus on the team's needs to ensure the team is in the proper state of mind to perform exceptionally well. With a background in performance coaching, I'm able to assess and help improve the performance of agents straggling with various KPIs. I have been part of a team that managed to push performance for Spirit Airlines Kenya to number One two months in a row.

I have over 12 years of experience in customer service from the hospitality and contact center industries. I gained my experience working as a Reservations Desk Contact Center Team Leader for Spirit Airlines. hospitality experience while working for Nairobi Safari Club, Atlantis The Palm Jumeirah Dubai, Capital Club East Africa, and Golden Tulip Hotels, Suits, and Resorts. 

I attained an OND in Public Relations from Graffins College in 2011 and an OND in Sales and Marketing from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies in 2007.
