I have ensured success and effectiveness in the projects I have managed. Moreover, I have excelled in coordinating, managing 
partnerships with stakeholders through the execution of critical projects from the initial phase to execution and evaluation.
My experience in project and program management has seen me hone my managerial expertise in spearheading the 
following; allocating personnel and resources to project tasks, coordinating IT projects, collaborating across departments 
to set realistic project targets and timeframes, providing guidance and monitoring the progress made with each project 
stage, writing detailed and summarized project progress reports, organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating 
Committees meetings. Additionally, I am proficient and experienced in developing project plans, mobilizing communities, 
making cost estimates and ensuring that the process goes effectively and that the project is delivered on time and within 
budget. I aim to secure a suitable senior position where I can employ hands-on experience in planning, analyzing, and 
implementing assigned projects, and ensuring delivery of projects within established constraints
