Having worked within the industry for over seven years, I have developed a wide range of skills that

I currently work as a Business Development Executive for 247 IT recruit which is a recruiting agency in the UK. I have also worked as a freelancer, providing transcription and Editing services for Upwork, an online working platform. In my previous roles as a customer service agent, I developed a good rapport and acquired the necessary skills to deal with clients from different industries like airline, telecom, and gaming.
