 Supervise and monitor all fabrication process.
 Familiar with all Kind of welding Process.
 Inspect all welding and repair it in case of Defects according to fabrication limits
and allowances.
 Installation of machines, Pipe lines, Steel Structure.

 Carrying out machine and equipment breakdown analysis and prepare appropriate action
plans.
 Maintaining records for the machines which include operating hours, service schedule.
 Ensuring parameters related to all systems EMS, QMS and OHAS aspects are measured/
monitored according to requirement.
 Ensuring 6K and safety requirements are observed/ implemented and maintained.
 Repairing and servicing factory machines and replacing parts as necessary.
 Performing timely preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machines and
equipment.

 Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance work by Co-operation with the
process departments.
 Monitoring and reporting on the daily mechanical fitting activities in the plant.
 Monitoring mechanical condition of equipment
 Planning and coordinating maintenance and projects work in engineering.
 Ensuring smooth and safe operation of process machines and equipment.
 Assisting in general fitting, piping, fabrication, drawings, and welding works
 Ensuring all incidents, accidents/ injuries, emergencies in the department are reported as
required.
