My name is Kennedy Nyamu.

 I am a quality-oriented banker with  6 years experience in the bank.I have had the privilege of working in Equity Bank as a Contact Agent both on calls and social media.currently I am working as a Relationship Officer in the Project Management Office

Project Management Office
 Planning and monitoring projects such as; Inua jamii, Refushee and Kcep.
 Resource planning and allocation to all Branches in Kenya and conflict resolution among 
the specified bank agents and beneficiaries.
 Devices configurations and Maintenance on projects support especially the The Kenya 
Cereals Enhancement Programme (KCEP).
 Training beneficiaries on financial literacy program and undertaking fieldwork to support 
Bank branches and specified agents of the projects.
 Validating and maintain beneficiaries accounts data after a successful onboarding from the field.

 I led a group of nine people on a research of partnership between Equity Bank Ltd and an 
English Football Club.
 Prepared and present weekly report of the contact center i.e. Social Media, Emails and 
Phone calls reports to the Bank Quality Assurance Team.
 Offered focused financial services to our customers and works towards the bank 
organization mission by completing related issues through identifying customer’s needs 
to achieve and retain their satisfaction.
 Managed conflicts between the customer and bank making sure the customer is assisted 
by having a long term solution.
 Obtained client information then provide accurate, complete and right information to 
customers by using the right language, methods and tools.
