Ensuring that contracts reflect the agreed terms and conditions (quality, prices, and delivery) prior to having them signed by the management and ensuring safe custody of the same.
Ensuring that each contract is booked with the company legal team to mitigate losses on both ends.
Supervision and management of the contract element throughout its life cycle and making changes on agreed terms.

●BUDGET AND REPORT MANAGEMENT
Working hand in hand with the Operations lead in ensuring operations budgets are within the set limits and communicating any factors that might hinder the actualization of the same.
Advising the Operations Lead on the total cost of ownership for Capex expenses, sourcing for the same and ensuring timely deliveries at site at the lowest total cost.
Ensuring monthly reports are availed on time, variances are well explained to ensure proper planning.
