As an experienced Head of Technology at Emmerce, I lead the strategic direction of the technology department, fostering innovation and aligning technical initiatives with business goals to drive growth and operational excellence. With a background in software development and technology management, I have consistently steered projects that deliver substantial revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize operations.

Previously, as a Senior Developer, I played a key role in both front-end and back-end development, driving the delivery of complex projects, including a whitelabel platform for e-commerce, which empowered businesses to scale online. My technical expertise spans across fintech solutions, where I was responsible for developing and managing a peer-to-peer lending system, and managing client projects that required seamless integration of technology to meet business needs.

Having built and scaled high-performance development teams, I thrive in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and continuous learning. I am passionate about driving technology innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring that teams deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
