1. Business Development Management( Recently working as an Assistant Quality and Growth Manager at Progressive Capital Limited and most also worked as a Branch Manager at Swift Capital Limited),

2. Branch Operations Management (previously served as a Branch Operations Manager at SMEP Microfinance Bank which included supervision of tellers and customer service officers ), 

3.Cash Management(having served as a Cash Manager and as a Treasury General Ledger Assistant) in International Travel  Retail Industry at JKIA,

4. Treasury Back Office Operations, 

5. Credit Administration,( from Kenya Institute of Credit Management) 

6. Customer Service Management in the Banking Industry.

 I have 11 years of experience in using Customer Relationship Management systems(CRMs), TP.Net, Navision, Banker's Realm, BR.Net, T24, Quickbooks and Credit Quest.

 I can monitor a loss prevention program and prepare reports in both the Credit and Finance departments.

 I am eager to learn and am a hard worker who is willing to use my acquired skills in conjunction with my colleagues for the continuous growth and development of the organization, community and the country at large.

 I have well-developed communication and relationship building skills that enable me to be confident in dealing with workmates and clients.
