I am a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a diverse background in administration, human resources, communications, sales, and community development. Experience

I'm Juliana Anyango Ouko, and I'm a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a diverse background. My experience spans administration, human resources, communications, sales, and community development. I've consistently demonstrated the ability to manage projects effectively, lead teams, and achieve organizational goals. I'm confident in my communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

 

Currently, I'm the Admin and Human Resource Manager Consultant at Pawatech Solutions. My responsibilities are quite varied, ranging from overseeing staff operations and managing partner trackers to leading an AI transcription and translation project. A key focus of my HR work has been reducing recruitment costs through strategic partnerships with job agencies. This role has allowed me to hone my skills in both administrative and HR functions.

Beyond my current role, I've also been working as an online freelancer since 2022.  This has provided me with opportunities to develop my skills in transcription, translation, data entry, and digital marketing, allowing me to broaden my expertise and work independently.  Prior to my current position at Pawatech Solutions, I served as their Program Lead Consultant in the communications department and also worked as a Sales Officer, gaining valuable experience in both areas. My commitment to community development is reflected in my past experiences at Kisumu County Hospital and World Vision Nyamusi ADP.  These roles provided me with firsthand experience in community-focused initiatives and programs.

 

Education

My educational background includes a degree in Sociology with Information Technology from Maseno University, where I graduated with Second Class Honors Upper Division.  I also hold an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the University of the People, where I maintained a CGPA of 3.29.  These academic experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.  I've further supplemented my education with certifications in transcription, digital marketing, and HIV testing and counseling, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
