With 4 years of experience in administration position, I will bring a passion for problem solving and team work as well. Some of the duties I have handled earlier in office administration are welcoming clients to the organization, greeting clients with respect, receiving and transferring of calls, typing, scanning and printing of documents, filing of documents, filing in expenditure records, keeping up to date records, replying and sending of emails and arranging files.

In my part job as a sales agent and marketer some of the roles I handle are; generating leads, negotiating contracts with prospective clients, preparing weekly and monthly reports, giving sales presentation to a range of prospective clients, understanding and promoting company products, maintaining clients records, aid clients find match for their needs and answering clients questions about the products and services. Here are some of my strengths that I can leverage to advance your company; safety, sanitation, quality control, training, accurately determining a customer's needs before providing them with prompt service, good working relations with all team members, operating Microsoft Word, excel and Adobe Acrobat. My educational foundation, commitment and experience as a front office personnel are outlined on the attached credentials.
