I have over 16 years’ experience in real investment management, spanning from Pre- development (deal origination, business case development and research), construction and project management and facilities & portfolio Asset management and exit management; with over 8 years in senior management- most notable as a commercial and administration director at PEP Contractors Ltd and as a senior manager Real estate in local and regional markets at Cytonn Investment Management Plc. 

Key strategic accomplishments among others include; 

• Development of 10 projects to Completion (commercial, residential and Mixed use) worth Ksh. 12 Bn (USD. 120 Mn) with Cytonn Real estate and Pep Contractor Limited, 
• Pioneer at Cytonn Real Estate and lead to development of real estate deal pipeline of Ksh. 82 Bn (USD 800 Mn) in four years, 
• Head of Asset management and Facilities with a portfolio of Ksh. 40 Bn (USD 400 Mn) AUM at Acorn Group,
• Part of development of technology leveraged affordable housing investment plan – a flexible saving plan towards housing which had raised ksh. 10million (USD 100,000) in a one year of launch,
• Real estate market thought leadership in Kenya and market research in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ghana,
• Developed an affordable housing Primer as part of Government of Kenya Strategy in affordable housing agenda,
• Part of structuring team for real estate backed project notes in Kenyan market and fundraising Ksh. 4 Bn (USD.40Mn)
• Part of real estate private placed D-Reit for Saccos and adopted by Fennillem Sacco raising Ksh. 1Bn (USD.10Mn),
• 1 million trees initiative at Kenya Cooperative Creameries where I served as an Estate office overseeing over 1000 Acres developed and none developed land for the company in the region.
• Young leaders training program and young business owners training (e-hub) with over 500 trainees in 3 years 
• Participated in preparation of 2019 Housing finance Africa Yearbook, Author of the 2021 year book- Kenya profile   and 2022 Ethiopia profile.
• Various research report on Kenyan market, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana and Uganda available online
