Am a graduate of JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY with Degree in INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY.

I acquired experience and skills at Nairobi Annex City Hall for three months, which include:-

• Repair and maintenance of Computers, Printers, scanners and photocopiers. 
• Installation and updating of different software's: MS office 2016-2021, Windows 10, 11 and Antivirus.
• Configuration, installation and Troubleshooting of Network system.
• Performing LAN expansion and Troubleshooting Network related issues Logical and physical database designs in MySQL.
• Web development and local hosting by use of Xampp application.

I am an ICT professional with hands-on experience in installation, updating, and configuration of software including MS Office 2016–2021, Windows 10 and 11, and antivirus solutions. I have practical skills in repair and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers. I am experienced in network configuration, installation, LAN expansion, and troubleshooting of both logical and physical network issues. I also provide user support services, manage user rights such as administrator access, and develop websites with local hosting using XAMPP. Additionally, I have experience in logical and physical database design using MySQL.

• JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, with Degree in INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY, attained Second class.
• SIGALAME BOY'S HIGH SCHOOL where I attained C+.
• NANGINA MIXED PRIMARY SCHOOL where I attained 335 marks.
