I recently completed my Diploma in ICT and I am looking for an IT internship to gain practical experience. I am passionate about technology, willing to learn, and committed to improving my skills rather than staying idle. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow within your organization.

I have experience working as an M-Pesa Agent, where I handled customer transactions, cash management, and daily system records with accuracy and confidentiality. I also gained experience in customer service, problem-solving, and basic system use. In addition, I have practical knowledge gained through my Diploma in ICT, including computer hardware, software installation, and basic troubleshooting. I am currently seeking an IT internship to gain hands-on industry experience and further develop my technical skills.
