Joan Waithira

I graduated from Chuka University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Development. I attained a Second-Class honor, Lower Division. I am currently an intern at an NGO called Horn of Africa Youth Network. I previously worked at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission as a clerk and procurement secretary. During the whole period, I got a chance to enhance my various skills such as communication, team building, secretarial, organization and planning skills. I am an active volunteer at the Kenya Red Cross Meru branch participating in various community development projects and I have been helping out with administrative works assigned by the County Coordinator.
