- Receiving visitors and clients.
- Advising customers on their applications for consular services – the documents they need to provide either by phone or email.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Drafting notes verbales and updating the database of Mexicans in East Africa.
- Conducting VAT remissions for diplomats.
- Renewing certain documents for diplomats.
- Preparing documents for dispatch through both courier (DHL) and the driver to the specified destinations.
