About Joan Wanja:
I’m a customer Experience Executive working to offer exceptional quality service to customers from point of contact up until a transaction is complete. My expertise includes Customer service and communication, data analysis and interpretation, administrative duties, and logistics. I am passionate about helping people and whatever makes one's journey easier, I am down to help. I also enjoy generating new ideas and coming up with solutions to long-term problems. My colleagues would describe me as a self-driven, team player and resourceful individual. Currently, I’m seeking opportunities that will allow me to offer great Customer Experience while I get more exposure in the industry while growing my skills.
Experience
I have evolved from a part-time employee while still in school to working in one of the most esteemed and recognized real estate company. Over the years I have gained experience with regard to social media management and majorly customer experience which has become my area of expertise.
Among the skills that I have managed to acquire are; communication skills, technical skills, data collection, and analysis among others. My goal is to work for an organization that allows me to fully utilize my skills and grow together with the company.
Education
I have a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a Public Relations Major.
