James Waita

I specialize in IGCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Science instruction, simplifying complex concepts and creating a warm, inclusive, and safe learning space for my students. I also serve as a homeroom teacher, building a good rapport with the learners and supporting their academic and personal development.

I have over three years of teaching experience in international schools, including Nairobi Jaffery Academy, where I contributed to the academic success of students and developed engaging and relevant curricula. I am proficient in classroom management, student engagement, and assessment methods. I enjoy playing badminton and reading non-fiction books in my free time. Currently, I am the Head of Science department at Nairobi Jaffery Academy.
 

I have a Bachelor of Science degree and Post Graduate Diploma of Education from Kenyatta  University, with a focus on Biology and Chemistry.
