Reporting to the Finance Manager, I maintain the hospital computer networks, provide technical support and ensure the organization IT systems run smoothly as well as solve technical problems for users.

  • Handling the troubleshooting and diagnosis of I.T. problems and implementing corrective action as appropriate for all in-house users. 
  • Handling all company backups and assisting in disaster recovery processes. 
  • Recommending changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determining hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
  • Developing and maintaining IT documentation, processes and procedures. 
  • Supporting users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
  • Performing administration activities such as ensure all servers and computers join active directory and they have the right group policies before joining organization’s network, setting user accounts, roles, access, and privileges in active directory.
