I have worked with TALA under Finley Africa as a debt collector,Engie Energy Accsess and Sunculture
as a sales agent and other than that I have experience in customer service throughout the time I have
been working with the other companies. For that reason, I have experience in providing courtesy calls
and resolving customer concerns and issues. More over I have the ability to listen, persuade and build
trust with the customer too. I have picked up my useful skills in how to engage customers, negotiate,
be patient, calm and focused while seeking a positive outcome. I think this skills will be of great benefit
to this role.
I am currently working with Sunculture as a field telesales agent. I place over 120 calls per day and have
proven success in a high level of converting calls to sales. I am well known for being pushy which helped
me in converting callers to customers my experience and record speak for themselves. With familiarity
with the company's database and cash flows within different sectors will make me learn faster and
therefore I would not mind if you gave me a chance to grow. I would be glad if we meet up during the
