Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Corporate Sales Executive.
We are seeking dynamic Corporate
Sales Executives
to drive the adoption of our Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) solutions designed to enhance the communication efficiency of corporates at various stages of business growth. The role requires an energetic, self-driven professional who understands the nuances of
B2B selling
in Kenya's SME landscape. This is a
hybrid, performance-driven position
that offers high growth potential for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect and engage businesses that fit the ideal customer profile
Conduct virtual and physical client presentations to demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME decision-makers to support adoption and usage.
Develop and execute a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide market feedback to inform product and customer success teams.
Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects and progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tech, SaaS or SME services space.
Age requirement: Must be below 35 years.
Strong understanding of SME business dynamics in Nairobi and across Kenya.
Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing sales in competitive environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and comfortable selling software solutions to non-technical buyers.
Resilient, persuasive and capable of handling objections.
A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive selling environment.
Tools & Requirements
Must own a laptop and smartphone suitable for professional use.
Reliable internet connection and willingness to operate remotely.
