I'm Marcel Odoyo Otieno born in 26thSep 2023 in Migori County. I'm an Kenyan citizen  both by birth and identity. 

I am fluent in both English and Kiswahili written and spoken.I'm certified in craft Electrical and Electronics legislative codes and  standard of practice at Marengo Technical college in Kajiado county. 

Other qualification certificates are ; Computer Microsoft office certificate done at Fix it computer school, Leadership certificates done in Tangaza University and Mentorship certificates done at Dimesse Training Center in Caren
