I have completed a Generation Kenya program in customer service agent , and have worked as a sales associate and a cashier at various retail stores. I have developed strong customer service, excellent communication skills, sales, interpersonal skills, multitasking skills, problem-solving skills and computer skills to handle various customer inquiries and issues in a fast-paced and professional manner to provide quality services to the customers as well as the ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. I am interested in joining the customer service team industry , where I can contribute to their success and growth.

  I am a recent graduate in a program called Generation Kenya, where I earned a certificate as a Digital customer service agent. I have a strong academic background and a passion for customer service. 

As a student at Generation kenya, I have acquired various knowledge and skills that are relevant to the position. Some of the courses I have taken include Interpersonal Communication, Persuasion, Public Speaking, and Conflict Resolution. I have also participated in several extracurricular activities, such as the Debate Club, and the Peer Mentoring Program. Through these experiences, I have developed my communication, listening, empathy, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
