 Overseeing automotive grease formulation and production parameter setting
such as temperatures and pressures and refilling operations, and testing grease
qualities in line with set standards, guidelines, and protocols.
 Overseeing management of grease plant, including repair and maintenance,
requisition for grease raw materials, and, servicing, and calibration of filling
machines in line with KEBS standards.
 Works towards improvement of production process through reduction and
elimination of waste while maintaining quality.
 Offering technical training to new workers on machine and equipment
operation and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
 Performing and inspecting raw material mixing in production plant for liquid
soaps, and inspect filling and packaging to achieve set standards.
 Supervising production, including work planning and ensuring Standard
Operation Procedures (SOPs) are followed in line with production schedules
and demand and in compliance with set standards.
 Ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards through product
sample analysis and confirming and approving quality of purchased raw
materials to meet company and KEBS standards.
 Developing and implementing risk management plan for all production
departments in compliance with internal and industry standards.
 Serving as the Head of First Aid team, overseeing material requisition on
behalf of First Aid and OHS department.
 Overseeing waste minimization through robust production procedure and
storage system.
