I hold a higher diploma in Human Resource from IHRM (K) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration.
I have gained valuable work experience in Human Resource Management, this includes general administration ,implementation and interpretation of the HR policies, recruitment and selection, performance management, industrial relations; HRMIS, and managing employee relations.

Over 13 Year Experience as a HR Generalist , I have worked in the Manufacturing and Service Industry ,i am current a HR Manager for Complast Industries Limited and my responsibilities revolve around , Talent Management , Employee and Industrial Relation , Training and Development  , Payroll Management and general administration.
