Recording financial transactions: I record financial transactions such as purchases, sales, and payments in a company's accounting system.

Reconciling accounts: I reconcile accounts to ensure that the balances in the company's accounting system match the balances in the bank statements.

Generating financial statements: I prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that provide an overview of the company's financial position.

Conducting audits: I liaise with internal auditor to  conduct internal audits to ensure that the company's financial records are accurate and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Providing financial advice: I provide financial advice to clients and help them make informed decisions about investments, taxes, and other financial matters.

Managing budgets: I am often responsible for managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and helping to develop financial strategies.

Ensuring compliance: I also  ensure that the company complies with tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax returns and other financial filings

As an accountant with six years of professional experience, I have gained expertise in recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, conducting audits, providing financial advice, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse clients and collaborated closely with other members of the finance team to help businesses make informed financial decisions and achieve long-term financial success. My experience has allowed me to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

As an  accountant i have  relevant education for an accountant which  typically includes an ongoing  bachelor's degree in accounting & finance. a diploma in accounting and finance which has Courses in accounting principles, taxation, financial analysis, and business law are typically part of the curriculum. In addition to formal education, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are important for success in my profession.
