can do an incredible job and is always willing to help. I have a great passion for 
numbers as well.

▪ Research
▪ Compiling the competitor news
▪ Leading the CSI meetings and taking the minutes
▪ Running of the 2022 Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies Survey project; 
Duties and responsibilities: 
Data collection:
i. Thorough management, oversight, review, and training, to ensure data collection is 
completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
ii. Served as a liaison between Top100 interns and other stakeholders. 
iii. Researching, recommending, and implementing new methods of enhancing data 
collection and widening 
iv. Assisted with the compilation of the general questionnaire report/ presentation 
v. Circulation of regular communication to all stakeholders 
Event management:
i. Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts for the Gala Dinner &
Conference
ii. Calling and follow ups on the attendance confirmation of the Top100 winners
iii. Handling post-event deliverables such as following up that everyone has received 
their trophy/award and cleaning up the contact database. 
iv. Being part of the team that runs with the logistics of the event.
