I am a customer service representative/ call centre agent. I have  a passion for assisting others and problem solving and that is why I thrive in the customer support industry. I am a good listerner and take my position seriously to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I have previously worked as a customer support agent in two companies where my role was to make outbound calls to potential clients and receive inbound calls to clients with problems that needed to be handled. I have also been making calls to ensure clients are aware of any changes , promotions or discounts within the company
