I am a self-motivated and goal-oriented Sales professional with seven years of experience leading high-performing teams. My teams excels in delivering exceptional sales outcomes. I also have expertise in Aftermarket and After sales service Delivery.
As the Work shop In Charge at Car and General, I managed, organized and coordinated Aftermarket and Workshop Services delivery within Nairobi region covering 8 Counties. During my tenure as a manager I did implement the Express service, initiated workshop renovations to the required standards, Increased workshop service inflow from 400 to 600 clients per month, good focus to corporates clients, and implementation of the telesales team and expansion of market coverage, activities and branding within the region. The Sales increased from a budget of 34m to 39m within the two financial years.
My approach to work is founded on team work, integrity, efficiency and a strong work ethic that is results-focused and people-centered. I am skilled in negotiating and managing dealerships to maximize the resources allocated for efficiency and cost savings-with great leadership, communication skills and reporting capacities. Aftermarket/Workshop Sales Manager-Car and General Ltd (Nairobi-Region) April 2021-April 2023
Responsibilities:
- Lead the aftermarket team in achieving the set financial objectives which include sales volumes ,margins, EBIT and PBT
- Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Provide periodic reports to management on all aftersales activities
- Manage, organize and control an efficient mechanical workshop including management of technicians.
- Train, motivate and lead after sales teams to achieve the set objectives and targets
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify Current and future customer requirements by building a rapport with potential and actual customers
- Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
- Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity.

Parts Sales Executive- Car and General Ltd-September 2019-March 2021
- Product Sales – Achievement of agreed sales targets for Piaggio parts Monthly
- Existing dealer support and development to achieve dealer sales targets.
- Improvement of dealer network - active new dealers quarterly within the Nairobi region as stipulated on the targets
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan as strategized by the company in the region
- Carrying out agreed promotional activities as per quarterly marketing plans.
- Quarterly market analysis and feedback report to the Business Leader.
- Doing timely stock level advice to dealers and parts supervisor.
- Market activations through well planned service clinic activities for each dealer in the different markets
- Doing weekly and Monthly Report or any other report as may be requested by the management.

- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan as strategized by the company in the region
- Supporting the marketing manager in the region on the day to day marketing activities
- Suggesting marketing campaigns and working with the rest of the company’s marketing office to see how possible they can be executed.
- Marketing the Watu Credit financing plan on the TVS Motor bikes.
