About Gladys Kerich:

I graduated with a bacheloers degree in Business management and I am certified Associate in Project management with nine years of experience in implementing library projects in different parts in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana. I participated in drafting the National Policy and Guidelines Framework for School Library  which is used as a road map for building and monitoring 30,922 more libraries in Kenya.

The experience has shaped my leadership skills,  embrace and appreciate the use of the project management processes to achieve the required objective and learn the importance of continuous learning in life

I have worked as a secretary at the Kenya government office and Qatar airways in Engineering & Ground service departments. Then i got a new job in 2013 as project administrator for Knowledge Empowering youth Trust and got promoted in 2018 as the Programs manager in managing the implementation of library implementations
