experience in customer care with good soft skills to handle and ensure customer
satisfaction.
Receiving calls from existing clients either to resolve issues or up-selling our
new products in the market. Resolved up to 85% of the customers’ issues over the phone
and escalated technical issues to the technical department thus ensuring customers’ issues
were effectively resolved.
