I am a registered and licensed Human Resource Management Practitioner and also a Business Management Consultant. My qualifications in Human Resource Management with a Bachelor’s Degree and Post Graduate Higher Diploma makes me highly fit and qualified for the position. 

I also have 12 years of working experience in various administrative, operational and management positions. Most of these years have been spent working as a Head of the Human Resource, Administration, Business Strategy Implementation and Operations including working as a General Manager – Operations.

My all rounded versatile and flexible management and leadership skills make it easy for me to understand how organizations operate not just in one function but across all functions. I also have excellent communication, planning, organizing, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.

My greatest achievements have been helping organizations restructure their organization structures, systems and processes to align them to best industry practices and also create operational and commercial efficiency leading to significant revenue growth and cost reduction.
