Gavana Douglas

I am a result driven and innovative sales professional with over 4 years’ experience in a successful record of generating revenues coupled with successfully building healthy business relationships. My experience and dedication for producing excellent results has been enhanced by acquiring skills in sales management, team leadership, business development, customer service and relationship management. Among the roles that I have been tasked with handling include; developing and monitoring sales plan, enforcing merchandising standards, monitoring the product availability and providing training to new members. With this kind of hard work, plenty of planning skills and with good human relation, it has propelled me to showcase my abilities hence I am very ready and well equipped to tackle any challenging issue that I can come across in the future and in any environment.  
In addition, I can bring out the best in teams and managing them effectively. Being highly competitive and financially motivated, my goal is to secure a position in a fast paced environment where I will foster my expertise in sales and marketing as I contribute to the profitable growth of the organization.    
 

My experience of more than four years now has helped me to build confidence, have become a great communicator and it has also taught me the importance of customer loayalty. 

I did bachelors degree in physics and am a graduate. This has helped me to learn more and I learn new skills and techniques and put them into work immediately.
