Adhering to the debt file contract plan and internal procedures when administering debts
.providing accurate and timely data to the collection supervisor
.Handling customers questions or complains
.Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
.Advising when debt is repaid in full, or debt proven to be impossible to collect and need for write off
.Helping with on-the job training of newly recruited collectors.
.Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
Education
I have a Diploma in INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY and i have best and perfect skills in this field and actaually i have gained best skills in this field due ti atachments and volunteer work.
