  • Verification of vouchers and committal documents in accordance with laid down rules and regulations,

  • preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages,
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information,
  • Ensuring safe custody of Government records, 
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
  • Answering customer’s queries, 
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures reporting needed changes,
  • Answering audit queries relating to payroll,
  • Writing net salary and deductions vouchers,
  • Gratuity computations.
