About Fenny Achieng:

I am a team player who is focused and committed to learning, and also able to work in demanding cycles and deadlines. I have two years of experience as a warehouse assistant and administrative assistant. I am committed to identifying and implementing continuous improvements in procurement. I desire to work in a highly competitive and dynamic  organization specializing in providing quality standards to enable me gain exposure in shaping me to further my personal and professional development.

Experience

I have worked at a publishing company for two years. The first year of my working experience I worked in the Central Warehouse at Kenya Literature Bureau as a Warehouse assistant and the second year I took part in the Ministry of Education project that was assigned to the company as a clerk .The project involved the distribution of free Government of Kenya books to every school in the country. My responsibilities involved preparing and confirming each delivery note that was to accompany each book being delivered, make delivery reports and delivery schedules .I then worked at the call center and media centre at Bomas of Kenya during the 2022 General elections. At the call center I had to receive and make calls to both the public and IEBC officials for assistance concerning elections process and voter education .And at the media centre I assisted in responding to the public on any concerns. Then was offered the position of an administrative assistant in the logistic company. I prepared and reconciled reports and delivery notes on books delivered and received. I made confirmation of books delivered.

Bachelor of Science in Procurement and Contract management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology January 2020 - December2022

Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology from April 2016 - June 2018
