  • Implementing sales quotas for the team i.e. both primary and secondary. . planning and sourcing new trade networks i.e. hotels restaurants/bars & cafes channel (HORECA), general trade channel (super distributors, distributors) by using my previous clientele database & networks.
  •   Demarcating the territories among sales representatives hence limit collision in the market.
  •  Excellent product execution in the outlets through eye level counter & shelf display. Ensuring availability of POS materials so as to build a strong market leader brand in the market.  Team follow-ups through implementing Permanent Journey Plan (PJP), i.e. an excel spread sheet which shows the market each rep is supposed to handle at which day for the entire particular month. Pjp's sheets to be kept by the immediate line manager so that at any particular time the line manager can make an impromptu visit to any r market without their knowledge. This promotes team discipline. 
  • Tracking the team in the market by ensuring that reps fill daily track performance sheets i.e. details of customers visited, deals closed and remarks so as to promote efficiency and discipline in the market.  Ensuring effective customer service by frequent customer visits, understanding their feelings on the product and seek to enquire what needs to be improved to the brand so that it becomes an effective key brand in the market. 
  •  Daily working with each rep in a specific particular market each day to coach them, change their negative mind sets & understand their challenges better so as to solidify the team. 
  • Weekly reviews with the team to assess their current target achievement & seek to understand what needs to be done as to achieve the specific month target.  Regular competitor up-check to evaluate their (competitors) trends, their pricing & other relevant market activities that may deter growth of our brand. 
  •  Updating company database of all our new & existing clientele base as per particular territory with full customer details for effective customer service & follow ups. 
  • Planning & executing proper incentive structure for the team to enhance team motivation. Theseincentives should happen once monthly target is achieved.

  • Undertake competitor and market analysis and communicate the same to management. • Issue Purchase Orders to the pre-qualified suppliers, receive the invoices, input stocks to the system, raise Stock Received vouchers and later reconcile the invoices with the necessary documents and forward to accounts department for payment purposes.
