I am a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) banking Specialist with over 10 years’ experience both as a professional and an entrepreneur. Currently I work as the SME credit analyst at National bank covering a portfolio of over 150 clients from multiple industry sectors within Kenya
I'm deeply passionate about developing analytical solutions through in-depth research and analysis of customer data to enable assessment, evaluation, and deciphering complicated financial data into simple easy to understand models that are used to make credit approval decisions that mutually benefit clients as well as the bottom line
Previously, I worked at Citi as a relationship associate at which I excelled as lead compliance analyst in CEEMEA in completing the tasks and formulating more efficient processes thus able to train other associates in the region.
My passion and love for fashion led me to found two startup businesses i.e Nyangi Styles and Destination Bridal Showers. While fashion is my passion, business and credit analysis are my bread and butter. As is evident in my resume, I’ve worn a lot of different hats. As a banker, lawyer, fashion stylist, a blogger and a stint with a civil society; I have had my foot in a lot of things. From freelance blogging, photo shoots, civil society think tanks, corporate roundtables, financial analysis, legal research, web marketing, client management to credit management, you name it, I’ve done it. I’m extremely motivated, organized and quite agile. I utilize this vast knowledge and experience to always deliver my mandate.
