About Eugene Mbugua:

My name is Eugene Githinji Mbugua. I studied at Moi University for my bachelor's degree and am looking for an opportunity to apply my learnt and gained skills in new ways, and I’d love to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to your team thus I would like to apply for the Hr site supervisor position in your esteemed organization, as your organization is the perfect fit and a stepping stone into a lifelong career. My desire to pursue the career, motivation and passion to excel will make me an asset in your organization and I would get the perfect opportunity to gain hand-on experience in areas that align with my career. During my attachment period I have worked on multiple individual and group tasks and these assignments have enabled me become a great team player and taught me how to function well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment and also playing a crucial role in developing my organizational skills and time management skills.As I look forward to this chapter in my life, I promise to apply my learnt knowledge, experience and perspective to help your organization hit and exceed it goals and mission while hoping for a better future. Experience

City Hall, Nairobi.
I was an attachee in Human Resource Department at City Hall in Nairobi. Some of the duties and responsibilities expected of me as an attachee there were: 
Ensure quality and integrity of HR filing system by keeping all HR records, information and files clearly labelled, organised and confidential.
Maintain staff personal files and ensure that all files have up-to-date information and archived in line with the organization’s policy.
Capture and update employee personal information data accurately and timeously in the system including leave records, medical claims and other HR related records.
Produce HR data and reports as required and within set deadline.
Processing employees payments e.g calculating employees leave allowances and terminal dues.
Arranging employees files in the bulk filer as either active, semi-active, retiree, deceased and dismissed.
Aided in writing relevant memos addressing various issues and topics.
Helped in drafting showcause, suspension, interdiction, reinstatement and abscondment letters of relevant employees.
Receiving incoming register and  and dispatching to requested files.
Support the execution of the defined staff engagement activities in keeping with the core values.
Tracking, updating and management of statutory information for all staff.  

Aquifer Drinking Water under Johali Limited:
My day to day tasks included:
Processing water according to guidelines and safety & health protocols for commercial use and distribution. 
Monitoring equipment and procedures and performing necessary adjustments on the reading and recording meters.
Maintaining the cleanliness of facilities while adhering to the standards and regulations required.
Move the packaged water into the storage location.
Sometimes aided in the distribution to various local depots.
