- Maintaining payroll information by calculating and entering of data.
- Updates of payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions and job titles, and department/division transfers.
- Preparation of reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
- Provision of payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Compilation of statutory and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions.
- Adherence of employee confidentiality by keeping and protecting payroll information confidential at all times.
- Computation of staff gratuity.
- Controlling filing system and updates, conveying company’s meetings and minute taking,
- Formulation and implementation of HR policies, HR records management, assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences to finance department,
- Internet and Emailing on behalf of the company,
- Preparation of Human Resource online searches for security clearance for all staffs,
- Designing and signing of Contracts and Bids with contractors,
- General Administration Procedures, Recruitment, Selection and Placement of staff,
- Data entry at the HR department and Monitoring and Evaluation department,
- Customer Care and Reception of the visitors and clients at the reception desk,
- Maintaining employee records (leave, disciplinary, contracts, attendance and job description),
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications,
- Preparing and paying all company licenses and utility bills, Managing daily petty cash. Motivation of strong working team basing on excellent results towards achieving organizational goal,
- Controlling work tickets for the company Vehicles and tracking system of the same.

- 2015: Excel Management Institute - Higher Diploma Human Resource Management (KNEC).
- 2012: Royal Institute of Management – Diploma in Personnel Management (KNEC).
