I am currently working as a Human Resource Clerk for a period of six months in Mutsimoto Motor Company Ltd in the manufacturing industry. I have extensive knowledge of the Kenya labor and Industrial laws. I am extremely hard working and work under minimal supervision. I am self driven and results-oriented in nature. I have great leadership and analytical skills. 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Carrying out HR administrative functions. 
• Preparation of payroll details. 
• Leave management on the TA system. 
• Shift management - Allocation of shifts for factory staff and branches on the TA system. 
• Updation of employees files and HR documents. 
• Updation of Injury files and ensure compliance of WIBA act. 
• Preparation of HR monthly purchases. 
• Weekly checking of First Aid box and replenishment of first aid materials. 
• Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are upheld. 
• Generating TA monthly reports, manpower reports, Injury reports etc
• Issuance of Personal Protective Equipments (PPE's) to factory staff. 
• Preparation of memos. 
• Ensure statutory requirements are upheld, that is, NHIF, NSSF, HELB and NITA. 
• Updation of HR SOP's and policies. 

I am a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT). 

In addition to that, I have a Post - graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM).
