ICT & Systems Manager
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Manage a team of 3 ICT technicians
Manage the 4 branches of Mediheal Hospital Nakuru
Foresee the launching, training and change over process of the new web
based HMIS
Configuration and setup of systems for the users
Provisions and management of systems accounts and the review of such
accounts
Deprovision accounts for people leaving Mediheal Hospital Nakuru in
conjunction with Human Resource (HR)
Monitoring of systems as outlined in the System Monitoring policies
Provide systems support for the users
Support various systems used by the hospital including but not limited to
Office 365, HMIS, NAS and EsyaFinance.
Procure IT equipment and maintain inventory of same
Managing user accounts
Managing and troubleshooting internal network
Monitoring various processes and reporting status
Manage the hospital closed-circuit television security system
Manage the attendance system
Manage and maintain the daily database backups
Submitting daily reports to Vice President Operations (Nakuru) and to ICT
Group Head
Maintain hospital printers and help solve printing related problems
Understanding of ethical business practices, sensitivity to confidential
matters, and behaving in a manner that aligns with Mediheal s
organizational values.
Follow guidance set out by hospital security policies and standards
