I have 10 years of experience in the customer service industry, working in the call center, front and back office. The knowledge and skills acquired in my 10 years of service, consistent positive interactions with customers and knowledge of time management have resulted in several promotions in the company's I have worked with. The most recent one being my current position at Telkom Kenya,  Partner and retail agent supervisor which is a role I started from scratch, onboarded, trained and Mentored a team of 10 members for the Partner Support department that saw an improvement in SLA from 50% to 95%.
