I'm a sel friendly person and i work very hard by putting my attention and knowledge into practise, by applying for this job. I've had a lot of exposure in business environments and involved with real companies to solve real problems. 

I've done customer care service. Which was to respond to emails and calls, to resolve customers problems, delivery issues etc  And promptly attend to customers requests to meet and achieve exceeding targets and expectations. 

I've done sales representative. Using Macintosh computer, I do all type of typesetting like examination, invoice delivery books, attending all clients orders, supervising on packaging and recording in a register all packaged materials and ensure all packages are labeled properly. 

I've done IT and desktop publishing DTP  @ Primier college
