I worked as a storekeeper during my internship at comtec networks Limited for 3 months .

Below were my Duties and responsibilities

1. Receiving and inspecting of all incoming materials,goods, supplies and equipment
2. Preparing and issuing requisition notices for materials which have reached re- order level
3. Equipping the store room with materials handling equipment for easy handling of materials
4. Arrangements and clearance of store space for other stocks
5. Performing monthly counts year end inventory and physical inventory
6. Checking the book balances,with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage etc
