I am student who just graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology and also a continuing with my CPA and is looking for a job/internship. I also have a CISCO certificate in IT essentials. For work experience, I was an IT intern for 3 months at Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority and was able to undertake roles such as working at the help-desk which entailed handling of calls and enquiries from clients and members of staff on difficulties or problems encountered when using the various systems or devices such as pc’s
and printers, troubleshooting and setting up of machines when required and supervision of preventive maintenance in different departments. I was also able to attend various meetings where I was able to learn about components and implementation of Information Security Management System, good governance of organization’s records in accordance to ISO standards and briefing on network load balancing.
