Rachael Knight

My name is Rachael Knight. A young lady who is passionate about Sustainability and Serving Humanity.

I have worked in various organisations since 2016 while as I was in campus. Volunteered in some just to gain experience and improve on my work ethic.Im passionate about Sustainability and Serving Humanity. I have worked in the Ministry of Public Service Youth and Gender affairs under National Drought Management Authority. My major highlights were making monthly NDMA Bulletins ,organising and taking part in NDMA workshops like the Long Rain Assessment and Analysis Workshop, Report Writing Workshop and the Short rains Analysis Workshop and Data mining which involved analyzing large data bases to generate new information. 

I have also worked as a Customer service agent in Altice USA that had ut offices in Kenya. I Provided technical solutions to the 4th  largest cable provider in the United States, resolved customers complaints via phone and assisted customers with placement of orders, refunds and service placements.  
In 2019 I worked as a Short-term Experience in Ministry Staff ( STEM STAFF) in Focus Kenya.I walked with Students in Institutions of higher learning and played an advisory role in their lives by tackling various life issues,Organised leadership trainings in the Christian unions covering all facets of life and Planned and organized for events in the Cu and the region, calculated the required logistics and ensured excellence was achieved in the planning thus having successful and fruitful events. 

The avenues have made me more intentional on giving my best when it comes to work. I value skills and commitment which produces excellence thus serving humanity to the highest capacity possible. 

I pursued a Bachelor’s in Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development that aided greatly in my passion to serve humanity.
