While I worked as a secretary I handled administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings. Additionally, I had excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication abilities to interact with both colleagues and clients.
While I worked as a Receptionist, I welcomed guests, answered phone calls, and directed inquiries to the appropriate personnel. I managed the front desk, ensuring a professional and organized appearance. This position helped me sharpen my Customer service and interpersonal skills which were crucial in this role to provide a positive experience for visitors and maintain a professional image for the company.
While working as a research assistant, I handled academic or professional research projects. It involved data collection, literature reviews, and data analysis.
Education
I went to Nairobi Aviation College and gained a Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew. For my high school level education, I went to Nkuene Girls High School and got my high school diploma.
